Here are examples of how a single entry card and a multi entry card are filled in when entering a carnival. Carnival programs will state if single or multi entry card need to be used.
Preferred method of payment for carnival entries is via direct deposit. Cash will no longer be accepted.

Please include the swimmers surname and carnival in the transfer details so we can easily identify the deposit.
Entry cards can be obtained from the club house on any club nights. They need to be filled in and dropped off with a print out of your direct deposit receipt to the Cronulla Swim Club letter box at least 21 days prior to the advertised entry closing date. No late entries will be accepted.
This is due to carnivals closing entries early due to the meet filling up prior to the published entries close date. We want to make every attempt to see that our members get to swim at the carnivals they have elected to swim at.
Club letter box is located at Caringbah Leisure Center, on the far left before you walk up the stairs to the reception desk.
NOTE: INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED FOR CORRECTION.
